1. General Information

These terms govern your relationship with Cold & Calm, including all session bookings, facility use, and memberships. By participating in any guided sessions or accessing the sauna and lakeside areas, you agree to these conditions.

2. Health and Safety

Cold water immersion and sauna use carry inherent physical risks. We prioritize your wellbeing, but you are responsible for monitoring your own health.

• Consult a medical professional before participating if you have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, or are pregnant.
• Never swim alone outside of guided sessions.
• Follow all instructions given by our guides regarding water entry, time limits, and recovery protocols.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during any water or thermal sessions.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

We keep our group sizes small to ensure a peaceful environment. Please respect our booking policies so others have a chance to join.

• Single session bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry to ensure the group is not disturbed, with no refund provided.
• Cold & Calm reserves the right to cancel or alter sessions due to severe weather or unsafe water conditions. In such cases, your booking will be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Memberships

Our memberships provide regular access to our community events.

• Memberships are billed monthly and can be paused or cancelled with 14 days notice before the next billing cycle.
• Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

5. Community Etiquette

We share a calm and respectful space. Loud music, disruptive behavior, and the use of glass containers in the sauna or near the water are not allowed. We ask everyone to help keep the environment clean and peaceful.
