Arrival & Orientation
A simple guide to navigating your first session with us.
Find the Deck
Walk past the main entrance path towards the water. You will clearly see the dark wooden sauna building on your right.
Meet the Host
Our session guides wear bright beanies. They will check your booking name and show you directly to the changing rooms.
Breathe & Plunge
Leave your belongings safely inside. Head out to the dip station whenever you feel physically and mentally ready.
The Swimmer's Kit
Pack light, but pack smartly. Staying warm immediately after your swim is the real secret to a great recovery process.
Warm Layers
Bring a thick coat, loose jogging bottoms, and a warm hat. Avoid tight clothes—they are difficult to put on when your skin is damp.
Two Towels
One to stand on while changing, and one to dry off with. A loose changing robe is also highly recommended.
Slip-on Shoes
The path to the water can be chilly. Flip-flops protect your feet and are easy to remove at the ladder.
Warm Drink
A simple thermos of tea or hot water helps raise your core temperature gently from the inside out.
Cold & Calm
Open to active members and booked guests.
